Lisa G.

Level 3 Master Trainer & Co-Owner

Lisa’s road to a holistic lifestyle began in 1998 when activity and health became deeply ingrained in her daily ritual. Today, she studies nutrition and herbology and is dedicated to hiking, running, circuit training, yoga and spin. An integral part of her fitness practice is her commitment to Lagree, which she believes has provided her an incredible mixture of body awareness, and mental and physical strength. A natural energizer, Lisa takes her internal passion and applies it to everyone she works with. When she sees her clients thriving and transforming — while building the abs and booty of their dreams — her heart is full. High-energy, upbeat and designed to motivate, Lisa is a positive fitness trainer who values true connection with her clients. A Lagree-Certified Level 3 Master Trainer, Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor and professionally trained in TRX, Lisa is as challenging as she is inspiring.

Rachel

Rachel

Rachel has been practicing the method for over seven years and has experienced life-changing results. She was on the megaformer every day throughout her pregnancy and attributes her post-baby physical and mental recovery to Lagree. Passionate about the method, her classes are upbeat, form-based, and focused on increasing strength through a mind and body connection. Kayla

Kayla

Kayla grew up in the midwest and has always led an active lifestyle. As a competitive dancer in her youth, she deeply understands and values the importance of good form. While on a vacation in Denver in 2015, Kayla discovered Lagree. She loved the method so much, she took a leap to become Lagree certified a year later. Kayla is known for her fun playlists, and loves to have a good time and "get our shake on". Kayla's favorite move is 5th lunge because she loves how quickly it sparks heat and shakes while pulling against the tension of the megaformer.
Lizzie

Lizzie

Lizzie’s journey with Lagree213 began as a client in June 2022. She was drawn to the method’s ability to challenge her while being gentle on her prior dance injuries. After a career change turned her world upside down, Lizzie joined the Lagree213 team as a Front Desk Concierge. Over time, she began applying her business skills to support Lagree213 as a Studio & Marketing Manager. Inspired by working alongside the team of trainers and while deepening her own personal practice, Lizzie decided to get certified as a Lagree213 instructor. Lizzie’s teaching style is both encouraging and challenging, motivating you to push your boundaries and achieve new goals each day. Clients frequently compliment and request her energizing and inspiring playlists.
Marisol

Marisol

Marisol fell in love with the Lagree method while in college. She knew then she wanted to teach one day, and a few years later she earned her Lagree Fitness certification. She enjoys lifting, running and boxing, but Lagree tops them all. During her class, you can expect to get a great workout and have fun while doing it. Marisol wants ALL fitness levels to feel welcome in her classes — she offers regression and progression options to meet you where you’re at! It brings her genuine joy to see her clients get stronger and stronger each class.
Alec

Alec

Alec is a DTLA-based architect and artist whose only workout is Lagree. He believes so strongly in the effectiveness of the method for building more strength, increasing muscle tone and getting better cardio, that he decided to pursue trainer certification in 2022. His main goal as a trainer is to lead by example: he will challenge you to work hard towards reaching that satisfying threshold of mind and body transformation that he has discovered through Lagree. When he isn't designing, working out or teaching, Alec enjoys old-school activities like reading books and taking photos with a vintage camera.
Liv

Liv

A New Yorker born and raised, Liv grew up a dancer. After establishing a professional dance career, she developed a debilitating eating disorder with aspects of exercise addiction. She came to California to attend treatment, and to gain her life and freedom back. It was in Los Angeles that she found Lagree and immediately fell in love with the unique method. Gradually growing out of love with dance but recognizing her innate ability to teach, she followed her passion for Lagree and became a certified trainer — and the rest is history. In love with the method, it’s everything she’s always wanted in a workout and is whole-heartedly excited about sharing it with others.
Stephanie R

Stephanie R

Until she found Lagree in 2016, Stephanie grew up a star athlete but struggled in adulthood to find a workout she loved. She connected deeply with the method, seeing the positive impacts on both her physical and mental health. Stephanie believed so thoroughly in the method that she wanted to share her passion with others, so she earned her certification in 2022. Stephanie’s classes are challenging, but promise you’ll leave with a smile! Her personality and sense of humor shine through her routines and she loves seeing her clients improve with every class.
Elise

Elise

Elise moved to Los Angeles for college and graduated with a degree in public health in May 2024. She's originally from San Antonio, Texas, where she discovered Lagree. It was the first workout class she truly fell in love with because it's challenging, promotes growth, and is always new, without being overwhelming like other group fitness classes can be. When she discovered Lagree 213 during her college years, her passion for the method and the studio inspired her to become a certified instructor with 213. In the next few years, Elise plans to attend PA school to become a Physician's Assistant. She's passionate about creating a supportive and motivating community and loves sharing the positive effects of Lagree with her clients.

Hyesil

Hyesil

Hyesil is an East Coast gal from New York who moved to Los Angeles during the pandemic. As a fitness enthusiast, an active lifestyle has always been central to her routine, but Hyesil gained a greater understanding of the importance of strength from both a mental and physical perspective through Lagree. Realizing that working out is so much more than just a physical activity, she became a certified trainer in order to share her positive, healthy mindset and relationship with exercise with others.
Kristin

Kristin

Kristin found her love of group fitness as the only 15-year-old in a sea of 30 and 40-year-olds at step classes at the YMCA in Corpus Christi, TX. She was hooked, and went on to teach cardio and fitness at the University of Virginia, and became a cycling instructor upon moving to the City of Angels, before stumbling into pilates reformer training. In addition to Lagree, Kristin is certified with MadDog Athletics, Schwinn, AFFA, the Equinox Pilates Program, TRX, and Inka suspension training. You may have heard her cough, mumble, or clap on a number of television shows, and she has written 4 middle grade holiday adventure chapter books. Her Lagree classes are not known for being easy; she is a stickler for form, and with both music and exercise, she likes to mix things up. She believes that although fitness may not cure all the world’s evils, it is a good place to start.
Carolyn

Carolyn

Los Angeles born and raised, Carolyn has always loved the motivation and community that comes with group activities/workout classes such as dance, volleyball, hiking, yoga, barre, boxing, etc. Unfortunately, she dislocated her left knee and tore her meniscus while playing competitive volleyball. Struggling to find a high intensity but low impact workout that was injury friendly and did not involve quick turns, twists, or jumps, Carolyn took her first Lagree class in 2022 and instantly became addicted. She got certified a year later and commits herself to constantly creating a safe space for community, growth, strength and encouragement in all her classes! Her favorite music to play while teaching ranges from upbeat r&b, hip hop, dance, and house.
Dyani

Dyani

Dyani moved to Los Angeles in 2018, bringing with her a passion for fitness after years of playing competitive softball through college. Searching for a workout that matched the intensity and fulfillment she found as a collegiate athlete, Dyani discovered Lagree and knew it was the perfect fit. Dyani loves curating fun and challenging routines, always accompanied by her favorite hip hop and R&B artists. Her vibrant energy shines through her routines, motivating clients to push their limits and leave the studio feeling stronger and more energized. When she’s not teaching, Dyani enjoys spending her time pet sitting and exploring Disneyland, always ready to bring that joy back to the studio.
Erin

Erin

Erin is Boston born and bred, but moved to the West Coast seeking a fresh start and a healthy, active lifestyle. Having bounced between a number of fitness methods and never finding a perfect fit, she discovered Lagree and finally found the high intensity, low impact workout that she was looking for. It didn’t take long for her to realize she wanted to get certified and share this transformative method with others. Erin is committed to helping students practice proper form and tune into the mind-to-muscle connection in order to become their strongest, most confident selves. Whether you're new to Lagree or a seasoned pro, expect a high energy, motivational class that will keep you coming back for more.
Isabel

Isabel

Isabel is an LA native who discovered her love for the Lagree Method at Lagree213 Hill St! After taking over 100 classes, she took the leap to get certified to teach. Now a few years later, she’s back where her Lagree journey began in hopes to help others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Her favorite moves are Runners Lunge and Elevator Lunge because they bring on the shakes every time!
Michael S

Michael S

It was 2018, and Michael was innocent; he had never experienced Lagree before. He walked into the studio feeling confident and capable, until then the instructor led him to a contraption that looked like something out of a science fiction movie. “This is going to be fun!” the instructor told Michael. She was wrong. Michael was led through a series of exercises that were designed to torture every muscle in his body. It was borderline kinky. He was glad the music was so loud because he was actually moaning. Never had he been physically challenged this much. But once class was over? He understood the hype. Nothing else has proved as mentally gratifying as Lagree. He is so excited to share the experience with you .
Lauren

Lauren

Lauren fell in love with the method over seven years ago. She earned her certification as she began her grad school journey. She is a full-time Registered Dietitian and loves subbing when her schedule allows. Lauren’s favorite things about teaching include connecting with clients beyond quick ‘hellos’ and ‘goodbyes’, and watching them become stronger. Don't worry, Lauren will always believe in balance — ice cream is approved… as long as it’s enjoyed after taking her class.

Noelle

Noelle

Noelle first fell in love with the Lagree method in 2014, when she was working as a nanny and a freelance writer in Los Angeles. After her daughter was born in 2024, she decided to get certified and become an instructor herself. Not only did this career pivot allow her flexibility and more time at home with her family, but working in the Lagree community and helping clients achieve their fitness goals has brought her more joy and fulfillment than she'd ever expected. While her classes are always challenging, she aims to make Lagree accessible to everyone, providing a friendly, welcoming environment and an upbeat and encouraging attitude. Ever the optimist, Noelle believes “you can do anything for 15 seconds!” and her class will challenge you to push yourself and make the most out of every workout.
